About the position

The Warehouse Checker is responsible for performing various warehouse duties, including checking the quantity and accuracy of items, maintaining shipping documents, and conducting inventory audits. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate a forklift as needed. The position operates Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts, offering competitive hourly pay and overtime compensation.

Responsibilities

• Read shipping orders to determine quantity, quality, and accuracy of items packed.
• Upload pictures to the database of packed and shipped orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents and maintain data related to shipping activities.
• Restock items and conduct inventory checks.
• Conduct daily and/or weekly audits of staged locations in the warehouse.
• Drive a forklift to perform duties related to checking, shipping, and receiving.
• Review internal checker system daily to clear all checker entries for invoicing.
• Complete Inventory Check and Picture Upload requests submitted in the system.
• Process Return Manual Authorization (RMA) paperwork and documentation.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Requirements

• High School Education preferred.
• Two (2) plus years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of using computer or tablet is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
