The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for directing the daily activities of a warehouse or account, ensuring effective labor scheduling and optimal utilization of space and equipment as directed by the Distribution Manager. This full-time position operates on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime and weekend work as needed. In this position, the Warehouse Coordinator will oversee various operational tasks, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returned or damaged goods. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer work instructions. A key aspect of the role is to motivate and lead the warehouse team, fostering a productive work environment through training and cross-training initiatives. The Warehouse Coordinator must maintain high standards of quality and productivity, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This includes following all safety protocols and guidelines, reporting any unsafe conditions, and driving a culture of safety throughout the organization.
