About the position

The Warehouse Coordinator at Power Home Remodeling is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently. This role involves coordinating with Install Partners, manufacturers, and vendors to meet daily project needs, as well as overseeing the loading and unloading of materials. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team
• Unload and load stock including windows, doors, siding material, and roofing material
• Create and sustain working relationships with vendors
• Manage inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs
• Lift 50+ pounds frequently and utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock as needed
• Attend meetings with Project Services staff
• Work with leadership to track and coordinate project margins and profitability through data entry and inventory management
• Ensure all materials used in the installation process meet company standards and address any defects or quality concerns
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of related work experience is a plus
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management
• Previous inventory management or warehouse experience
• Exposure to the construction industry is a plus
