The Procurement and Warehouse Specialist works within a service organization reporting to the business Supply Chain Manager or the designated Operating Company leadership team member. This role is responsible for executing transactional policies related to the replenishment of warehouse and/or Service Vehicle inventory, which is based on usage analysis within the operating market. The specialist will support the Purchasing team in administering procurement tasks with the established direct material supply base, obtaining required products for the lowest total cost and ensuring timely delivery to accommodate customer needs. Additionally, the position requires strict alignment of inventory chain of custody, procedural transactions, and performance of inventory validation policies within the business.
