About the position

The Warehouse Coordinator at Power Home Remodeling is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that the necessary materials are available for daily projects. This role involves coordinating with Install Partners, manufacturers, and vendors to facilitate the supply chain process, as well as handling the physical aspects of inventory management within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team
• Unload and load stock including windows, doors, siding material, roofing material, etc.
• Create and sustain working relationships with vendors
• Inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs
• Utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock as needed throughout the Warehouse
• Attend meetings with Project Services staff
• Work with leadership to track and coordinate project margins, profitability, etc through data entry and inventory management
• Ensure all materials used in the installation process meet company standards and address any defects or quality concerns
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of related work experience is a plus
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management
• Previous inventory management or warehouse experience
• Exposure to the construction industry is a plus
