About The Position

The Warehouse Customer Service Lead plays a crucial role in managing administrative functions and supervising staff to ensure an efficient operational environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities, providing guidance and support.
  • Train new employees on procedures, policies, and software systems.
  • Assign tasks and prioritize workloads to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and address any issues that arise.
  • Act as a point of contact between manager/supervisor and associates.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and other departments.
  • Perform various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze/Audit data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions.
  • Implement new procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Address inquiries and issues from clients or customers, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
