Responsibilities

• Transcribe information from various sources into designated databases and systems.
• File documents and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
• Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Utilize Excel for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Assist in clerical duties such as sorting mail, answering inquiries, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain databases by entering new information and updating existing records.
• Create and manage pivot tables to summarize data effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Proficient in transcribing information with high attention to detail.
• Strong filing skills with the ability to organize documents systematically.
• Experience with order entry processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and clerical procedures.
• Ability to work with various databases and systems efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
