About the position

The Warehouse/Driver Associate position at Johnstone Supply involves supporting the distribution of HVAC products while ensuring efficient operations in the warehouse and during deliveries. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and company vehicles.
• Load and unload HVAC products.
• Examine incoming shipments and record any damages.
• Receive products accurately and promptly within the company's operating system.
• Verify received product quantities against purchase orders.
• Accurately fill customer orders, prepare them for customer pick up or delivery, and notify customers when the orders are ready.
• Accurately label, stock, and locate product within the company's operating system.
• Prepare and ship outgoing products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Utilize all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency on company products, services, operating procedures, and specific computer applications.
• Operate a 16" box truck and other company vehicles.
• Deliver products to customers.
• Work with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience.
