As a Warehouse Selector at McLane Foodservice Distribution, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are moved efficiently and safely through our distribution centers. This position is designed for top performers who are motivated to earn a competitive income while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Our warehouse selectors typically work between 40 to 50 hours per week, with the potential to earn up to $28.00 per hour through performance incentives. The starting pay rate is $19.50 per hour, which increases to $24.50 per hour once you achieve a production goal of maintaining 95% accuracy in selecting and a 95% scan rate for four consecutive weeks. The work schedule for this position is primarily first shift, starting at 7:00 AM and continuing until the work is completed. Currently, our warehouse team members are working 8 to 10-hour days, four days a week, with workdays scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Off days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. The workload may vary, leading to some days being longer or shorter than others, depending on the demands of the day.
