About the position

The Distribution Specialist role at Pro-Touch Nurses Inc. involves accurately fulfilling customer orders for acute care hospitals and other entities. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing various technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, and material handling equipment (MHE).
• Operate various technologies, including RF units, ring scanners, and voice-picking systems.
• Use Automatous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to pick orders from low unit of measure (LUM) areas.
• Sort totes and cardboard shipping containers, scanning and placing them onto pallets for shipment.
• Move outbound orders to the shipping dock using MHE.
• Prepare, shrink-wrap, and load pallets onto delivery trucks for shipment.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Transportation teams to resolve order issues.
• Perform order induction for LUM robotic picking and resolve any errors before shipment.

Requirements

• Valid State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
• Clean background check.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Flu vaccine required from October 1 to March 31 (No declination).
• Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray.
• High School Diploma or GED (transcripts required).
