About the position
The Omni Experience Ambassador at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise, building and shrink-wrapping packages, and operating equipment. This role supports various digital initiatives and ensures a safe and positive environment for both team members and members. The position requires a commitment to service excellence and adherence to club policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list and building packages.
- Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations.
- Operate equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate inventory issues and ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, and Express Pay.
- Deliver service excellence and resolve member concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Previous order pulling experience preferred.
- Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
