About the position

The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, building and shrink-wrapping packages, and ensuring timely order processing. This role supports digital initiatives and emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and adherence to club policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Build and shrink-wrap packages for shipment.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Use handheld scanners to verify merchandise counts and update locations.
• Communicate inventory issues and ensure timely order picking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
• Process member purchases in a fast and courteous manner.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to procedures.
• Order supplies for the department and maintain open communication with the Club Support Center.

Requirements

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
