About The Position
This position supports the Ryder Continuous Improvement culture across the operation by actively applying continuous improvement methods to enhance performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Engineer will leverage data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify and implement changes within the operation, ensuring effective communication with employees at all levels.
