About the position

Adecco is recruiting for a Warehouse Inventory Auditor to join one of the industry-leading manufacturers of telecommunications equipment in Rochester, NY. This position offers an amazing opportunity to be part of a small but growing company that prides itself on creating a culture and work environment aimed at retaining an industry-leading team. The role is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity, which means that there is potential for continuous advancement upon hire. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Inventory Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations, which is vital for the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of telecommunications equipment and materials.
• Inspect incoming items for damage, accuracy, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for efficient operation.
• Arrange for repairs or replacement of malfunctioning equipment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory, including Excel.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Excel and warehouse management systems.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory auditing role.
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment.
