About the position

The Inventory Lead position is focused on maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock levels within a warehouse environment. This role supports overall warehouse operations and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, inspection, and quality assurance of inbound freight, verifying contents against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to address any issues with shipments, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct audits for 5S standards compliance and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Document and report any non-conformances related to inbound freight, equipment, or processes.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking by accurately entering data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely, overseeing picking and packing for outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and outbound logistics coordination.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license.
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Lead.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Benefits

• Full-time position with a pay range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• 40 expected hours per week with an 8-hour shift.
