About the position

The Warehouse Labor - Pallet Repair position involves building and repairing wooden pallets by hand in a labor-intensive environment. The role requires heavy lifting and the use of various tools, including a nail gun and Sawzall. Employees must be comfortable working in a non-controlled warehouse setting and under varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair wooden pallets using hand tools and power tools.
• Lift and move wooden pallets weighing up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations while performing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Requirements

• Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment under extreme weather conditions.
• Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, welding, or logistics is preferred.
• Quick hands and attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with power tools such as nail guns and Sawzalls.
