The Saw Shop Operator is responsible for setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim wooden pallets. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and adherence to safety regulations. Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, carpentry, landscaping, and construction are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Maintain quality and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repetitively
• Good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to work in extreme conditions
• Effective communication skills
