About The Position

Requirements

• High Volume, unloading and putting away 10-15 truckloads per day
• Proven experience operating various types of forklifts
• Strong understanding of basic math skills for inventory management
• Ability to perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members

Responsibilities

• Deal with inbound truck drivers and paperwork, submitting all paperwork to home office
• Operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials in the warehouse or distribution center
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks or containers
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklift equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Benefits

• Contract position with competitive pay of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Expected hours of 40 - 55 per week
