Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of associates to ensure daily targets are met.
• Train and onboard new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving tasks.
• Assign and prioritize tasks to team members based on order priorities.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate picking and packing of products.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to picking, such as product availability or system errors.
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area to facilitate efficient operations.

Requirements

• Associates degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field OR combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in a warehousing or picking role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
