About the position

The Warehouse Logistics Associate at Incubation Systems Private Limited is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, scaling, and loading customer orders for both external and internal movement. This role involves maintaining adequate supplies, performing clean-up and maintenance duties, and participating in training programs. The associate will also conduct daily cycle counts and assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, scale, and load customer orders using RF gun.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of operating supplies, informing the Coach when orders are needed.
• Maintain and backfill respective areas to keep supplies available.
• Perform clean-up and light maintenance duties to uphold housekeeping standards.
• Participate in and complete all company training programs for Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform daily cycle counts for assigned areas using RF gun and assist in reconciling discrepancies with Inventory Control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of GMP warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to learn and apply relevant WIs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with MS Office products (specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Experience with SAP or equivalent systems.
