About the position

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing daily e-commerce logistics operations at Puig, ensuring efficient business processes. This position requires strong system operations proficiency, effective communication, and task management skills. The coordinator will liaise with third-party logistics (3PL), Key Account, Customer Service, and Sales teams to uphold product delivery and inventory commitments, aiming for timely and complete service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse operations including product reception, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Assist Logistics Manager with Wholesale and E-Commerce Operations and Inventory Operations as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the PUIG team and our 3PL warehouse to maintain effective communication.
• Proactively address and resolve shipping and transport issues to ensure product flow between warehouses.
• Manage and streamline the returns process for a hassle-free experience for all brands.
• Implement tracking and tracing of inbound and outbound products according to brand requirements.
• Coordinate special projects such as holiday gift sets and gift with purchase in collaboration with 3PL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Planning.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a dedication to meeting deadlines.
• Strong accountability, execution, customer service, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
