About the position

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager in Lancaster, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is crucial for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring that all aspects of Operations and Account Management are effectively managed. The Warehouse Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals within their assigned functional area. This role requires a strong focus on customer service satisfaction and expectation management, as well as performance management and development of both exempt and non-exempt employees. The manager will also be tasked with planning and scheduling daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and adhering to state, local, and federal regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, the Warehouse Logistics Manager will need to demonstrate a high level of analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems, make timely decisions, and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization. The role demands flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task, and excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, along with advanced knowledge of the logistics industry and an understanding of supply chain management components. The position also requires a fundamental knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. This is an exempt position with a salary of up to $75,000 per year, based on experience, and the schedule is from Wednesday to Saturday, 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM, with a requirement for flexibility in working hours. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function.
  • Manage all aspects of Operations and Account Management.
  • Lead and develop direct reports, ensuring performance management.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
  • Plan and schedule daily operations effectively.
  • Manage health and safety compliance and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Provide off-shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse-related fields required.
  • One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required, with advanced skills necessary.
  • Advanced knowledge of the logistics industry is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components is required.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes is required.
