We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager in Lancaster, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is crucial for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring that all aspects of Operations and Account Management are effectively managed. The Warehouse Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals within their assigned functional area. This role requires a strong focus on customer service satisfaction and expectation management, as well as performance management and development of both exempt and non-exempt employees. The manager will also be tasked with planning and scheduling daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and adhering to state, local, and federal regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, the Warehouse Logistics Manager will need to demonstrate a high level of analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems, make timely decisions, and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization. The role demands flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task, and excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, along with advanced knowledge of the logistics industry and an understanding of supply chain management components. The position also requires a fundamental knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. This is an exempt position with a salary of up to $75,000 per year, based on experience, and the schedule is from Wednesday to Saturday, 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM, with a requirement for flexibility in working hours.
