Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows
• Manage inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers, shippers, and vendors for timely deliveries
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts
• Monitor and report on productivity, KPIs, and budget adherence
• Develop and enforce policies for order fulfillment and quality control
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics and inventory issues
• Oversee equipment maintenance and operational readiness

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in supervising
• 4 years of experience in inventory management
