About the position

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist at Aegis Solutions is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. This role involves working closely with various departments to maintain the integrity of warehouse operations and equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving goods accurately and efficiently.
• Managing inventory settlement and reconciliation procedures.
• Maintaining and managing warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring all received and shipped goods are in good condition and properly documented.
• Collaborating with Aegis Support, Engineering, Sales, and eBay staff.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Valid Forklift Certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with materials handling and commercial grade packaging.
• Familiarity with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Knowledge of international shipping processes and warehouse safety protocols.
