About the position

dnata Logistics is seeking part-time Mail Sorters to assist in the sorting and logistics of inbound and outbound mail. The role involves physical labor, including loading and unloading mail from various containers, and requires a strong work ethic and the ability to lift heavy items. The position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and safety of mail operations at the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading truck and aircraft containers.
• Performing physical labor over several hours, including repetitive lifting of items up to 70 lbs.
• Stacking packages, mail bags, and mail totes into floor-level containers.
• Pulling rolling equipment across the warehouse floor.
• Loading/unloading mail from rolling equipment and floor-level containers.
• Standing, bending, and occasionally using a step ladder during tasks.
• Unloading and loading trailers with rolling equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to receive clearance from the post office.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operations.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
