Warehouse Manager - Citizens Bank Park

About the position

The Warehouse Manager at Citizens Bank Park is responsible for overseeing product inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution processes. This role ensures efficient storage and utilization of products while managing a warehouse workforce to meet client demands effectively. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Directs in-bound and out-bound inventories of merchandise, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient storage and utilization of products.
• Tracks, reconciles, and orders product inventories for the ballpark to effectively manage out-of-stock, out-of-date products, and weeks-on-hand to fulfill client needs.
• Communicates with affected managers and frontline personnel regarding any voids, delays, or other product changes that may affect client deliveries.
• Communicates with vendors as needed to ensure timely delivery of ordered products and equipment.
• Oversees warehouse workforce that receives, stocks, rotates, and pulls product and ensures that work is completed using safe practices.
• Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of each member of the team.
• Monitors workflow and ensures proper inventories are pulled for daily routes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience in a management or supervisor role overseeing warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership experience in staffing, training and development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays.
