About the position
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and a commitment to optimizing warehouse performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize distribution center operations and enhance order fulfillment processes.
- Audit, report inventory, reorder and restock items.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a distribution center environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good customer communication skills.
