Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to align warehouse operations with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
