About the position

The Warehouse Manager at Stride Logistics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to improve productivity within a fast-growing 3PL company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
• Implement and maintain warehouse organization systems to maximize space and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet client expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments for replenishments and cycle counts.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Analyze operations and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align warehouse activities with company goals.
• Handle equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (experience with Packiyo is a plus).
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment when needed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
