About The Position

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, focusing on implementing technology changes to enhance productivity and accuracy. This role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while driving continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on technology implementation.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases, preferably cloud-based ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
• Experience in inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Hire, train, and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach performance goals.
• Prioritize daily work schedule to ensure timely delivery of approximately 30 pallets and 200 multi-shipments daily for more than 3000 SKUs.
• Implement and oversee technology solutions to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage warehouse budgets and reports.
