Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform physical labor as required, such as breaking down pallets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is highly desirable.
- Strong background in operations management with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and compliance requirements.
- Strong forklift experience is required.
- Ability to communicate and interact with customers and fellow employees.
