About the position

The U.S. AutoForce division of U.S. Venture, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols. The position offers competitive wages and a retention bonus, with a schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, including rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
• Lift and handle products weighing up to 80 lbs, including working at heights of 25 feet.
• Maintain a high level of physical activity, working on feet for extended periods and being willing to work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers
• Above average scanning accuracy
• Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures
• Neat and well organized
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet
• Basic computer/RF scanner experience
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (does not test for THC/marijuana)
• Authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
