About the position

The Warehouse Material Handler, Levels I & II, is responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse operations within the Asset Recovery Team at RePower. This role involves handling IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a zero-error environment while adhering to defined practices and procedures. The position requires a strong focus on safety, accountability, and productivity in a collaborative work setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly handle IT assets, ensuring 100% accuracy in inventory movement.
• Follow and advocate for all inventory, facility, and process controls to maintain accountability of assets.
• Check-in, secure, stage for processing, and present inventory assets as directed by management.
• Accurately log specifications, test results, and report information according to prescribed procedures.
• Clean devices and remove stickers or asset labels as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle materials and manipulate pallets with a pallet jack.
• Experience using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Forms preferred.
• Attention to detail and consistency in documentation and process execution.
• Strong desire and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to participate in product pickups and represent the company in client-facing environments.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred, not required).
