Warehouse Material Handler

About the position

We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers for our busy warehouse in Largo, FL. This role involves managing incoming packages, ensuring timely deliveries, and assisting with returns. The position offers both 1st and 2nd shift options, with opportunities for overtime and additional hours on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, receiving, and signing for incoming packages from Fed-Ex, UPS, Fed-Ex ground, and DHL.
• Logging all packages received and keeping a database up to date for verification purposes.
• Timely delivery of packages to the correct person/department and ensuring new stock is delivered to the warehouse with proper notifications.
• Assisting the Returns department with re-boxing, reshipping, and delivering returns reship forms after product shipment.
• Assisting the Returns department with all tasks, including inspections, as required.
• Signing for any freight (except air freight) and verifying pallet and/or total package count if no other managers are available.

Requirements

• Good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift an average of 40 pounds repetitively
