• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policies
• Input data into warehouse management systems and maintain accurate records
• Utilize RF equipment to scan validate product for accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits
• Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other operational metrics
• Support safety and compliance initiatives within the warehouse
• Assist with customer service inquiries related to orders and shipments
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
