About the position

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves managing both incoming and outgoing shipments, which includes verifying the accuracy and quality of products. You will be responsible for maintaining organized and efficient warehouse operations, utilizing warehouse management software to track and ensure the accuracy of inventory levels. Your role will require you to work closely with the team to pick, pack, and load outbound orders, ensuring that all products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner. In addition to handling shipments, you will help monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits. It will be your responsibility to gather and verify all necessary shipping documentation, ensuring that all records are scanned and uploaded accurately into the company's systems for compliance and record-keeping purposes. You will also collaborate with the Procurement team to address any issues that arise, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to delivery compliance, ensuring that all problems are rectified promptly. Your duties will also include managing and tracking tickets through the warehouse management system, ensuring that updates are communicated in a timely manner and that issues are resolved efficiently. You will perform various warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, and unloading products. Additionally, you will document incoming deliveries and maintain accurate reports of inventory movement within the warehouse. For outgoing freight, you will collect and organize documentation, create Bills of Lading, and obtain Proof of Delivery as needed. As part of your role, you may also be required to drive company vehicles to deliver products to local retailers, ensuring that deliveries are made safely and on time. Finally, you will perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools and applications.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite tools and applications.
  • Experience working within a WMS and OMS system is preferred.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain and maintain certification).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in warehouse management system (WMS) and order management system (OMS).
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 1 year of experience with Google Suite.
