About the position

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Operations Specialists to join our team in Carson, CA. This full-time position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling key warehouse operations, which include order processing, inventory management, and coordinating daily tasks with warehouse staff. This position is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, especially in the fast-paced world of e-commerce fulfillment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. In this role, you will receive and execute daily work instructions from the supervisor, update systems with received freight, process orders, and manage shipments. You will also verify shipments for accuracy and generate daily shipment reports. Efficient task management and delegation will be key, as you will need to manage daily orders and delegate tasks to temporary warehouse employees. Collaboration with co-workers and temporary staff is essential to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate customer account management. Additionally, you will manage e-commerce fulfillment for platforms such as Amazon and iHerb, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order processing. You will handle inbound and outbound logistics for K-Beauty cosmetics distribution through B2C and B2B channels, including major retailers like Sephora, ULTA, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Target, and Walmart. Overseeing major vendor purchase orders and managing operations for 21 vendors through Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, and other channels will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute daily work instructions from the supervisor.
• Update systems with received freight, process orders, and manage shipments.
• Verify shipments for accuracy and generate daily shipment reports.
• Efficiently manage daily orders and delegate tasks to temporary warehouse employees.
• Collaborate with co-workers and temporary staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate customer account management.
• Report orders shipped to customers daily, maintaining clear communication and records.
• Ensure all daily housekeeping tasks are completed to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Manage e-commerce fulfillment for platforms such as Amazon and iHerb, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order processing.
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics for K-Beauty cosmetics distribution through B2C and B2B channels.
• Oversee major vendor purchase orders, including managing operations for 21 vendors through Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Sephora, and other channels.

Requirements

• Team player with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to use computers for inventory tracking, storage records, and label creation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook required.
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
