The Warehouse Operations Specialist will also be tasked with maintaining company delivery vehicles and making timely deliveries to various project sites, which is essential for the overall success of the operations team. In this role, the specialist will monitor and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient for ongoing operations. They will prepare and package items for delivery, ensuring that all dispatches are timely and accurate. The position also involves keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, implementing efficient storage solutions, and safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Quality control is a significant aspect of the job, as the specialist will inspect items for defects before shipment and regularly maintain delivery vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for delivering supplies to various project sites, maintaining detailed records of all shipments, and reporting any discrepancies to management. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass DOT screening requirements.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills & professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
