We are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist who enjoys working independently and is passionate about outdoor work. This role is essential in managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. The Warehouse Operations Specialist will report directly to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. In this position, you will monitor and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient for ongoing operations. You will prepare and package items for delivery to project sites, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. Additionally, you will keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, implementing efficient storage solutions. Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks will be a key part of your daily responsibilities, along with driving a box truck for deliveries and pick-ups. Quality control is crucial in this role; you will inspect items for defects or discrepancies before shipment, ensuring that only quality materials are sent out. Regular inspections and maintenance of company delivery vehicles will also be part of your duties, ensuring they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards. You will deliver supplies to various project sites, maintain detailed records of all inbound and outbound shipments, and report any discrepancies to management. The ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently while adapting to changing project demands and deadlines is essential for success in this role.
