About the position
The Warehouse Operations Specialist at Amorus USA Inc. is responsible for managing various warehouse operations, including processing invoices, preparing delivery lists, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining inventory records. This role requires a dependable and organized individual who can work collaboratively with the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices for customers' orders
- Preparing delivery lists for the warehouse in advance
- Verifying the accuracy of orders and delivery schedules
- Counting and updating the accuracy of inventory/orders in the system
- Managing all accounting transactions
- Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- Auditing financial transactions and documents
- Quickly identifying problems and formulating solutions with management and other team members
- Reporting to the general manager
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to enhance performance, efficiency, and effectiveness
Requirements
- Proficient in English and Korean (Spanish is a plus)
- 1 year of shipping and receiving experience (preferred)
- 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
