About the position

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Xpedient Logistics is responsible for leading a bilingual team in the fulfillment of orders for various clients. This role requires strong operational management skills, particularly in labor management and forecasting, to optimize costs and maximize service levels while achieving operational excellence. The position operates on the second shift, from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to direct a workforce in fulfilling orders for multiple clients.
• Manage operations in warehousing and distribution with a focus on tire manufacturing, food service, and retail distribution.
• Develop and execute strategy and annual plans including budget, operational performance, and customer plans.
• Measure metrics such as labor, quality, employee productivity, and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and labor management while ensuring compliance with safety programs (OSHA).
• Utilize supply chain technology, preferably WMS (SAP), and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 4+ years of operations management experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence effectively at all levels.
• Proven operations leadership experience in a fast-paced e-commerce, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in tire manufacturing or food service distribution.
• Familiarity with startup operations and/or 3PL environments.
• Strong business judgment and analytical thinking skills.
