About the position

KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients located in West Chester, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for various operational support tasks that are crucial for the smooth functioning of warehouse operations. Your primary duties will include tracking outbound shipment orders against returns, coordinating the deployment of monthly forecasts, and managing target files. You will compile weekly data points necessary for leadership presentations and monitor the infield support team, addressing troubleshooting questions as they arise. Additionally, you will manage schedules, follow up on meetings, and record minutes and notes during team meetings. Your organizational skills will be essential as you maintain shared drive folders and create content for presentations, as well as develop collateral for both infield and internal support. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring that the operations team is well-supported and that all necessary information is readily available for decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • SAP/OTC experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Degree preferred
  • High school or equivalent required
  • Warehouse experience: 2-3 years
