About the position

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, moving, picking, and shipping products throughout the warehouse and integration operations. This role requires operating various warehouse equipment, ensuring products are properly tracked, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, move, pick, and ship products throughout the warehouse.
• Apply and scan labels to ensure proper tracking of products.
• Ensure all products are safely and securely loaded or stored.
• Identify areas for efficiency and process improvement within the work area.
• Implement prescribed steps to resolve basic or routine problems and escalate as needed.
• Promote a clean and organized warehouse operation following 5S principles.
• Work with supervisors to set goals and manage time efficiently to accomplish tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, and pallet jack.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
