About the position
The Warehouse Order Picker/Packer at Couronne Company Incorporated is responsible for retrieving stock to fill and pack customer orders for shipping. This role involves various inventory tasks, including restocking shelves and performing cycle counts, ensuring efficient order fulfillment for ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Pack Ecommerce orders and communicate with the sales team on ecommerce details.
- Assemble work orders and build gift box items.
- Pull inventory items as required for customer order fulfillment.
- Participate in restocking inventory on container days.
- Perform regular cycle counts.
Requirements
- Strong reading and communication skills.
- Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
Nice-to-haves
- Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred, but not required.
