About the position

We are seeking a dedicated General Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities, including loading and unloading, picking and packing orders, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse environment. This position is full-time with a schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and may require overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform picking and packing of orders according to company standards
• Handle heavy lifting of products as needed
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Assist with quality control measures to maintain high standards
• Work closely with the warehouse supervisor to meet daily goals
• Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and order processing

Requirements

• Proficiency in operating RF scanner, palletizing, shrink wraps, counting
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient warehouse operations
