About the position

As a Receiver/Stocker at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations by ensuring that products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished. This physically demanding part-time position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols while providing a clean and organized shopping environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines to safely stock products on shelves.
• Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage customers, vendors, and associates with a positive attitude.
• Remain vigilant and report any safety or security concerns around the store.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Able to use a smartphone and other common retail technology.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking.
