About the position
As a Warehouse Part-Time Overnight associate at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have access to essential items for their homes. This position involves unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for delivering quality customer service and supporting the overall operations of the store during overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and sort products in the backrooms.
- Safely stock products on shelves.
- Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
- Engage customers, vendors, and associates with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Handle hazardous materials and replace damaged shelving.
- Keep the backroom organized and ensure equipment is charged.
- Organize merchandise and top stock to set up stores for sales success.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- 3 months of experience operating a forklift or similar equipment (preferred).
- 6 months experience working in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking (preferred).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or other warehouse jobs.
- Bilingual skills are encouraged.
