About the position

The Warehouse Production Lead at Pisces USA is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient production and packing processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role involves training and mentoring staff, scheduling shifts, and monitoring productivity to meet company goals. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and coach new and existing staff members to grow and develop their skills
• Coordinate both production and packing teams
• Motivate, staff, schedule, and support a team responsible for production, packing, picking, loading, and completing other warehouse tasks
• Ensure staff adhere to their scheduled breaks and arrive and leave on time
• Plan the optimal efficiency of work to human resources available
• Monitor productivity of team members to ensure that daily/weekly goals are met
• Arrange and log maintenance and repair of departmental equipment
• Maintain a safe workplace by following safety protocol
• Keep product, workstations and warehouse clean and tidy, supervising clean up at end of every day

Requirements

• 5+ years of production and leadership experience
• Proven experience in inventory management and process improvement
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask over a wide variety of tasks
• Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with general safety standards, quality specifications, and governmental requirements
