About the position

The Warehouse Production-Printer Operator at Fortune Products, Inc. is a full-time entry-level position focused on supporting warehouse operations through various tasks including production, inventory management, printer operation, and shipping. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure efficient processing of inventory and adherence to quality standards. On-the-job training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently to package items according to specific product requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed.
• Learn and implement proper stocking procedures to ensure items are stored correctly.
• Familiarize yourself with various packaging supplies and effectively return them to their designated locations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain UV-LED curable flatbed inkjet printers and pad printers.
• Monitor printing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and set up pad printing machines for various parts and designs.
• Collaborate in the process of picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Ensure meticulous packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping company standards and customer specifications.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility through daily floor sweeping and proper disposal of trash.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• General warehouse experience (inbound or outbound)
• Experience in production tasks, such as pad printing and consumer product packaging
• Experience with forklift operation a plus.
