Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Third Shift Warehouse Production Workers in Jackson, GA. This role is integral to our operation, focusing on ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse activities, including product inspection, packing, and general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Pack and prepare products for shipping.
• Safely operate equipment and machinery as necessary for warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.

Requirements

• No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
